Molecular Interfacial Regulators Enable Stable Sulfide Electrolytes for High‐Performance All‐Solid‐State Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
Molecular surface regulation enabled by fluoropyridines stabilizes sulfide electrolyte interfaces across both reductive and oxidative regimes. By suppressing interfacial decomposition, the modified LPSClBr enables high‐voltage operation, stable stripping/plating of Li metal, and long‐life full cells with uncoated cathodes.

Efficient Flexible Monolithic Perovskite/CIGS Tandem Solar Cell by Using Two‐Step Hybrid Deposition Approach

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
Novel low‐temperature two‐step hybrid (co‐evaporation/solution) processing suppresses Zn‐induced perovskite degradation in monolithic perovskite/CIGS tandems. Lewis‐base additive engineering restores high crystallinity under the reduced‐temperature constraint.

Disorder‐Driven Ionic Mobility Edge and Localization‐Driven Dendrite Formation in Solid Electrolytes

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
Migration‐barrier disorder localizes ionic transport into a sparse percolation backbone. Current and electric‐field focusing at filament tips promote fractal dendrite growth and suppress the critical current density according to jcrit = j0 exp(−σEeff/kBT).

A Large Scale Multi‐Modal Workflow for Battery Characterization: From Concept to Implementation

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
Isolated characterization techniques produce independent datasets and single‐property insights. However, progressively more holistic interpretations of battery‐material behavior is needed in the future. Here we demonstrate a coordinated multimodal workflow enabling the correlation of heterogeneous datasets and the construction of multidimensional ...

Maximum Stability Point Tracking Stabilizes Wide‐Bandgap Mixed‐Halide Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
A maximum stability point tracking (MSPT) strategy suppresses charge trapping‐induced halide segregation, enabling wide‐bandgap perovskite solar cells to achieve significantly enhanced operational stability compared to conventional maximum power point tracking (MPPT).
