Z‐Scheme Water Splitting Systems Based on Solid‐State Electron Conductors
This review examines the latest advances in Z‐scheme overall water splitting (OWS) systems for solar hydrogen production. These systems consist of suspended or immobilized hydrogen evolution photocatalysts (HEPs) and oxygen evolution photocatalysts (OEPs).

On transparent boundary conditions for the high--order heat equation
In this paper we develop an artificial initial boundary value problem for the high-order heat equation in a bounded domain $\Omega$. It is found an unique classical solution of this problem in an explicit form and shown that the solution of the ...

Shellac, a centuries‐old natural resin, is reimagined as a green material for flexible electronics. When combined with silver nanowires, shellac films deliver transparency, conductivity, and stability against humidity. These results position shellac as a sustainable alternative to synthetic polymers for transparent conductors in next‐generation ...

The Numerical Solution of an Inverse Pseudoparabolic Problem with a Boundary Integral Observation
Direct and inverse problems for a pseudoparabolic equation are considered. The direct (forward) problem is to find the solution of the corresponding initial–boundary-value problem for known model parameters, as well as the initial and boundary conditions.

Acoustic gravity waves: A computational approach [PDF]
This paper discusses numerical solutions of a hyperbolic initial boundary value problem that arises from acoustic wave propagation in the atmosphere. Field equations are derived from the atmospheric fluid flow governed by the Euler equations.

Transformation of boundary value problems into initial value problems
AbstractIn a previous paper of the author (SIAM Review, 1962, pp. 43–47), the idea of Blasius for the transformation of the B.V.P., y‴ + yy′' = 0, y(o) = y′(o) = 0, y′(∞) = 2, into a pair of similar I.V.P.'s was extended to D.E.'s or systems of D.E.'s of any order which were invariant under certain groups of homogeneous linear transformations.
