Investigating transcription factor dynamics in health and disease using FRAP
FRAP analysis of GFP‐tagged transcription factors reveals how molecular mobility and target engagement change in response to drug treatment. By combining live‐cell imaging, quantitative model fitting, and statistical analysis, this approach uncovers transcription factor dynamics linked to disease mechanisms, providing a powerful framework for ...

Comparison of the effect of preload and curvature of composite laminate under impact loading [PDF]
In this paper, the effect of preload on impact response of composite laminates is considered. To this aim, three specimens were manufactured and tested under 4 different impact conditions: 1- A curved laminate without preload.

The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

Curvature and topology dependency of the cosmological spectra
In this article we investigate dependency of two important cosmological random fields defined on spatial slices of the FLRW universe and their spectra on the geometry and topology of the background universe.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

Idealized Initial Conditions and Solution for Curvature Perturbations
Abstract Combining Einstein equations and a scalar field evolution equation, obtained in Chap. 3 , we derive a Mukhanov-Sasaki equation for a gauge-invariant curvature perturbation, defined in Chap. 4 . Proceeding to its solution, we

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Effect of Random Distribution of Initial Imperfection Curvature on The Bearing Capacity of Double -Layer Flat Grids With Different Configurations [PDF]
Space frame structures have recently received significant attention for covering large spaces due to their high degree of indeterminacy, considerable stiffness, and low weight.
