Abstract Objective The common whelk Buccinum undatum is of great commercial and ecological importance, but little information is known regarding the gear selectivity of the fishery. Understanding gear selectivity is key for the long‐term sustainability of a stock and has applications in stock assessments and fishery management.

Sartre on Embodiment, Touch, and the “Double Sensation” [PDF]
The chapter titled “The Body” in Being and Nothingness offers a groundbreaking, if somewhat neglected, philosophical analysis of embodiment. As part of his “es- say on phenomenological ontology,” he is proposing a new multi-dimensional ontological ...

In the current article, an electrochemical lead sensor is developed. The sensor is based on a meta‐chemical surface patterned by dip‐pen Nanolithography. The patterned ink includes an NTPH‐PMMA composition. The DPN patterning provides rapid and high‐precision nanoclusters with a high surface‐area‐to‐volume ratio designated for rapid detection of Pb(II)

Thermoresponsive polymer micropatterns fabricated by dip-pen nanolithography for a highly controllable substrate with potential cellular applications [PDF]
We report a novel approach for patterning thermoresponsive hydrogels based on N,N-diethylacrylamide (DEAAm) and bifunctional Jeffamine ED-600 by dip-pen nanolithography (DPN). The direct writing of micron-sized thermoresponsive polymer spots was achieved

Nanoscale Confinement of Dip‐Pen Nanolithography Written Phospholipid Structures on CuZr Nanoglasses
Columnar nanoglasses show a peculiar confinement of phospholipid membranes written by dip‐pen nanolithography. It observes a distinct confinement of spreading in comparison to homogeneous films of the same metal glass, not attributed to roughness. Additionally, ripple‐like membrane states can be observed on columnar nanoglasses.
