SLC25A13 is identified as an immunometabolic driver of triple‐negative breast cancer that sustains ferroptosis resistance and immune evasion through a STAT3–IFI6 circuit. Pharmacologic degradation of SLC25A13 restores ferroptosis sensitivity and enhances anti‐PD‐1 efficacy, highlighting a strategy to convert immune‐cold tumors into immunotherapy ...

stMixer for Scalable Mosaic Integration and Label Transfer in Spatial Histology and Multi‐Omics
stMixer is an unsupervised framework for scalable integration and label transfer across spatial histology and multi‐slide multi‐omics data with incomplete modality overlap. It combines self‐looped cross‐attention, multimodal metric learning, and graph‐guided cluster voting to align heterogeneous sections, correct batch effects, and propagate ...

Inner-outer iterative methods for eigenvalue problems : convergence and preconditioning [PDF]
Many methods for computing eigenvalues of a large sparse matrix involve shift-invert transformations which require the solution of a shifted linear system at each step.

The Spatiotemporal Genetic Architecture of Seed Vigor in Upland Cotton
Leveraging the semi‐automated SeedRanger platform, we profiled the germination kinetics of 356 cotton accessions at a 30‐min interval. This high‐throughput phenomic approach delineated a temporal genetic network comprising 541 stage‐specific loci. Crucially, functional validation identified FLA2 as a pivotal, auxin‐modulated regulator that orchestrates

Adapting the interior point method for the solution of linear programs on high performance computers
In this paper we describe a unified algorithmic framework for the interior point method (IPM) of solving Linear Programs (LPs) which allows us to adapt it over a range of high performance computer architectures. We set out the reasons as to why IPM makes

This study utilized alloy micro‐galvanic coupling design to regulate the release of essential elements, thereby programming immune responses and promoting regeneration. The sacrificial anodic process of Zn‐0.8Mg reduced Zn2+ release compared to the “large cathode‐small anode” coupling of Zn‐0.8Fe.

Rank annihilation on a ring of processors
A wavefront algorithm for computing the Sherman-Morrison Rank-1 update to an n × n matrix inverse on a ring of processors is discussed. A ring of n z > 0 processing elements computes a single update in O(n(3k + 2)) inner product equivalent steps where k
