Some Organic Reagents in Inorganic Paper Chromatography

ペーパークロマトグラフィーにより系統的無機定性分析を行った場合,展開分離した金属を顕色するに用いる有機試薬としては,一種類の試薬で出来るだけ多くの同族物質が検出されることが望ましいが,その点1-フェニールチオセミカルバチッド及びガレイン,チオガレインは充分此の目的を達し得る.即ち,展開剤としてアセトン+HCl又はブタノール+HClを用いれば,フェニールチオセミカルバチッドを顕色剤として,Cu2+, Cd2+, Bi3+, Ni2+, Co2+, Zn2+及びHg2+, Fe3+の一斉検出が可能である.又,錫属金属の一斉顕色については,展開剤として氷醋酸+HNO3を用いた場合,チオガレインではSn4+, Sb3+, Sb5+, As3+,As5+が各単独ならば検出されるが, Sn4+とAs3+は重なり,
