Institutional entrepreneurship: a different perspective on political entrepreneurs?
2018Institutional entrepreneurship pays specific attention to the process and outcomes of agents who are willing and capable of changing institutions. It has some common ground with the political entrepreneur, a concept that proposes change in norms and institutions because of commitment and activities of agents or organisations in the policy arena.
