This meta‐analysis compared fenestrated endovascular aneurysm repair (FEVAR) and open surgical repair (OSR) in the management of juxtarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). The results suggest similar short‐ and long‐term outcomes after FEVAR and OSR for complex AAA.
