Anomalous Pressure‐Temperature Ultrahigh Sensitivities in Atomically Engineered Carbonitride MXenes for Multifunctional Wearable Human–Machine Interfaces: Joint Computational–Experimental Elucidations

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Atomically engineered layered 2D Ti3CNTz carbonitride MXene exhibits ultrahigh heat and pressure sensitivity, enabling dual‐mode sensors with 300%–400% performance enhancement and durability for real‐time health‐monitoring interface devices. Precise nitrogen incorporation (e.g., Ti3C1.8N0.2Tz) boosts conductivity, enhancing temperature response, while ...

Harmonic oscillation analysis and stabilization method comparison of shunt active power filter in full compensation mode

open access: yesIET Power Electronics
The harmonic compensation of SAPF (shunt active power filter) may trigger harmonic oscillation due to the interaction with grid impedance and non‐linear loads, which distorts the power quality.

Fibrous refractory composite insulation [PDF]

open access: yes, 1979
A refractory composite insulating material was prepared from silica fibers and aluminosilicate fibers in a weight ratio ranging from 1:19 to 19:1, and about 0.5 to 30% boron oxide, based on the total fiber weight.

Optoelectronic Synaptic Devices Using Molecular Telluride Phase‐Change Inks for Three‐Factor Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Optoelectronic synaptic devices based on solution‐processed molecular telluride GST‐225 phase‐change inks are demonstrated for three‐factor learning. A global optical signal broadcast through a silicon waveguide induces non‐volatile conductance updates exclusively in locally electrically flagged memristors.

Integrated DC arc model and DC arc detection approach based on K‐line diagram and spectrum integral difference

open access: yesIET Power Electronics
In the low voltage direct current (LVDC) systems, the occurrence of DC series arc faults poses a significant threat to the safe operation of the system. This paper develops an accurate arc model for the arc fault simulation.
