Photoconductivity characteristics of defect insulators
Journal of Physics C: Solid State Physics, 1975Solutions to the general equations for photoconductivity presented previously (see ibid., vol.8, p.3353 (1975)) are obtained for the multiple trap level structure commonly occurring in defect insulators. Numerical computations are also shown to verify the results.

Defects in amorphous insulators
Journal of Non-Crystalline Solids, 1978Abstract Electron spin resonance characterizations are presented for a number of defects in a selection of amorphous insulators, including oxide glasses, oxyhalide glasses, halide glasses, nitrate glasses, oxynitride glasses, and a sulfide glass.

Hyperfine interaction of defects in insulators
Advances in Physics, 1973Abstract The study of point defects, other than impurities, in insulators by electron paramagnetic resonance (E.P.R.) and electron nuclear double resonance (E.N.D.O.R.) is discussed. An introduction to the theory of the hyperfine spectra as obtained by E.P.R. and E.N.D.O.R.
