Maximal acceleration or maximal accelerations? [PDF]

open access: yesInt.J.Mod.Phys.D12:271-280,2003, 2002
We review the arguments supporting the existence of a maximal acceleration for a massive particle and show that different values of this upper limit can be predicted in different physical situations.

Equivariant Fields in an $SU({\cal N})$ Gauge Theory with new Spontaneously Generated Fuzzy Extra Dimensions

open access: yes, 2016
We find new spontaneously generated fuzzy extra dimensions emerging from a certain deformation of $N=4$ supersymmetric Yang-Mills (SYM) theory with cubic soft supersymmetry breaking and mass deformation terms.

Inflaton Field and Primordial Blackhole [PDF]

open access: yesInt.J.Mod.Phys. D11 (2002) 1435-1438, 2001
Primordial black hole formation has been studied using an inflaton field with a variable cosmological term as the potential.

Irreducible polynomials in Int(ℤ) [PDF]

open access: yesITM Web of Conferences, 2018
In order to fully understand the factorization behavior of the ring Int(ℤ) = {f∈ ℚ[x] | f (ℤ) ⊆ ℤ} of integer-valued polynomials on ℤ, it is crucial to identify the irreducible elements. Peruginelli [8] gives an algorithmic criterion to recognize whether an integer-valued polynomialg/d] is irreducible in the case where d is a square-free integer and g ∈

Decomposed Mean Euler-Poincaré Characteristic Model for a Non-Gaussian Physiological Random Field

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2021
This paper introduces a new approach of the mean Euler-Poincaré characteristic for nonGaussian random fields (NGRF), which is based on the decomposition by a basic function named motherwave.

2017 Update of the Discoveries of Nuclides [PDF]

open access: yesInt. J. Mod. Phys. E 27 (2018) 1830002, 2018
The 2017 update of the discovery of nuclide project is presented. 34 new nuclides were observed for the first time in 2017. However, the assignment of six previously identified nuclides had to be retracted.

On The KMS Condition for the critical Ising model

open access: yes, 1998
Using the KMS condition and exchange algebras we discuss the monodromy and modular properties of two-point KMS states of the critical Ising model.Comment: 8 pages ...

Ferroelectric vs. structural properties of large-distance sputtered epitaxial LSMO/PZT heterostructures

open access: yesAIP Advances, 2012
We report on large-distance rf-magnetron sputtering as a competitive alternative to pulsed laser deposition and off-axis sputtering for the growth of epitaxial PbZr0.52Ti0.48O3 (PZT) thin films.

Discrete asymptotic nets and W-congruences in Plucker line geometry

open access: yes, 2000
The asymptotic lattices and their transformations are studied within the line geometry approach. It is shown that the discrete asymptotic nets are represented by isotropic congruences in the Plucker quadric.
