The SERS spectra of reporter molecules adsorbed on chiral gold nanorods depends on the handedness of circularly polarized light (CPL‐SERS). The bisignate plasmonic CD spectra of chiral nanorods provides wavelength‐dependent CPL‐SERS. Selective discrimination of chiral nanorod handedness and different Raman reporters allow highly sensitive codification ...

A Hybrid Boundary Element Method for Elliptic Problems with Singularities
The singularities that arise in elliptic boundary value problems are treated locally by a singular function boundary integral method. This method extracts the leading singular coefficients from a series expansion that describes the local behavior of the ...

Backbone Heterojunction Photocatalysts for Efficient Sacrificial Hydrogen Production
Herein, a ‘single‐component’ organic semiconductor photocatalyst is presented in which a molecular donor is bonded to a polymer acceptor. The resultant material demonstrates exceptional photocatalytic activity for hydrogen evolution in aqueous triethylamine with an outstanding external quantum efficiency of 38% at 420 nm.
