ABSTRACT A second allogeneic (allo‐)hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT2) is a potential curative option for pediatric patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) following relapse after first allogeneic transplantation (HSCT1), but its efficacy is limited by high relapse rates and transplant‐related toxicity in highly pretreated ...

Revealing the structure of land plant photosystem II: the journey from negative‐stain EM to cryo‐EM
Advances in cryo‐EM have revealed the detailed structure of Photosystem II, a key protein complex driving photosynthesis. This review traces the journey from early low‐resolution images to high‐resolution models, highlighting how these discoveries deepen our understanding of light harvesting and energy conversion in plants.

On Some Vector-Valued Inequalities of Gronwall Type
In this paper we established some vector-valued inequalities of Gronwall type in ordered Banach spaces. Our results can be applied to investigate systems of real-valued Gronwall-type inequalities.

Volterra-stieltjes integral operators
The authors show that, under suitable growth and monotonicity assumptions on the data, the Volterra-Stieltjes integral operator \[ Vx(t) =\int^t_0v\bigl(s,x(s) \bigr)\,ds\,g(t,s)\quad (0\leq t\leq 1) \] maps the space \(C[0,1]\) into the space \(BV[0,1]\) (resp. \(BV[0,1]\cap C[0,1])\) and is both continuous and compact.

By dawn or dusk—how circadian timing rewrites bacterial infection outcomes
The circadian clock shapes immune function, yet its influence on infection outcomes is only beginning to be understood. This review highlights how circadian timing alters host responses to the bacterial pathogens Salmonella enterica, Listeria monocytogenes, and Streptococcus pneumoniae revealing that the effectiveness of immune defense depends not only

On weighted positivity of ordinary differential operators
Some elliptic differential operators possess a weighted positivity property, where the weight is a fundamental solution of the operator. This property has interesting applications to partial differential operators.

Singular stochastic integral operators
In this paper we introduce Calder\'on-Zygmund theory for singular stochastic integrals with operator-valued kernel. In particular, we prove $L^p$-extrapolation results under a H\"ormander condition on the kernel.

Fourier Integral Operators. I [PDF]
Pseudo-differential operators have been developed as a tool for the study of elliptic differential equations. Suitably extended versions are also applicable to hypoelliptic equations, but their value is rather limited in genuinely non-elliptic problems. In this paper we shall therefore discuss some more general classes of operators which are adapted to

Phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinase as a target of pathogens—friend or foe?
This graphical summary illustrates the roles of phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinases (PI4Ks). PI4Ks regulate key cellular processes and can be hijacked by pathogens, such as viruses, bacteria and parasites, to support their intracellular replication. Their dual role as essential host enzymes and pathogen cofactors makes them promising drug targets.

On the Theory of Multilinear Singular Operators with Rough Kernels on the Weighted Morrey Spaces
We study some multilinear operators with rough kernels. For the multilinear fractional integral operators TΩ,αA and the multilinear fractional maximal integral operators MΩ,αA, we obtain their boundedness on weighted Morrey spaces with two weights Lp,κ(u,
