Inverse problems for a quasilinear parabolic system with integral overdetermination conditions

This paper considers the inverse problem of determining the time-dependent coefficient in the time-fractional diffusion-wave equation. In this case, an initial boundary value problem was set for the fractional diffusion-wave equation, and an additional condition was given for the inverse problem of determining the coefficient from this equation.

The authors investigate the inverse problem of finding a time-dependent heat source in a parabolic equation with nonlocal boundary and integral over-determination conditions. Under some natural regularity and consistency conditions on the input data the well-posedness of the problem is shown by using the generalized Fourier method.
