Electrically Induced Phase Transition and Synaptic Functionality in MoTe2/Graphene Memristors
An electrically induced reversible 2H ↔ 1T′ phase transition is demonstrated in a vertical Au/Ti/MoTe2/graphene memristor with a laterally contacted graphene electrode. Resistive switching proceeds through a compositionally invariant amorphous/2H ↔ amorphous/1T′ transformation, in which a self‐formed amorphous MoTe2 interfacial region is proposed to ...

Integrality of representations of finite groups [PDF]
Since the early days of representation theory of finite groups in the 19th century, it was known that complex linear representations of finite groups live over number fields, that is, over finite extensions of the field of rational numbers. While the related question of integrality of representations was answered negatively by the work of Cliff, Ritter

Here, we develop a high‐throughput algorithm that accelerates the elucidation of phase diagrams of topological spin textures using limited computational resources at high numerical accuracy. Applying this framework to the van der Waals magnet CrSBr, we unveiled a hierarchy of previously unknown topological textures (domain‐wall bimerons, bimeron chains,

Nitride MXenes remain constrained by a persistent gap between computational prediction and experimental realization. This Review identifies the thermodynamic, kinetic, and chemical barriers limiting their synthesis, critically evaluates emerging fabrication routes, and proposes a multidimensional computational‐experimental framework to accelerate the ...

Full‐Field Damage Monitoring in Architected Lattices Using In situ Electrical Impedance Tomography
In situ electrical impedance tomography (EIT) turns 3D‐printed, CNT‐infused architected lattices into full‐field damage‐imaging systems. Tunable Voronoi‐based geometries act as active sensing architectures, enabling conductivity maps to detect early‐stage damage and localise sequential ligament fracture before catastrophic failure.

Controlled carbonization of an Al‐MOF partially decomposes its linkers, exposing coordinatively unsaturated Al centers within an oxide/carbon composite. The resulting Lewis acid sites, rather than surface area, govern organochlorine capture: the composite removes chemically diverse organochlorines from waste plastic pyrolysis oil, outperforms a ...

Integral and p-modular semisimple deformations for p-solvable groups of finite representation type [PDF]
AbstractWe prove that the split integral group ring of a finite p-solvable group of finite representation type has a structure analogous to that of the p-modular semisimple deformation. The split integral deformation can be put in the same form as the p-modular deformation by an appropriate substitution for the parameter T.

3D‐Printed Gradient Shape‐Memory Strain Sensors With Rewritable Gauge Factors
A 3D‐printed shape‐memory strain sensor combines thermomechanical programming with gradient architectural design. Preset strain rewrites the gauge factor (GF), while the gradient geometry amplifies the response through strain redistribution. Reprogrammable sensitivity enables the same sensor to detect weak pulse signals and monitor large‐amplitude ...

Role of Structural Disorder on Phonon Transport and Thermal Conductivity in Li6PS5Br
Solid electrolytes are fast ion and slow heat conductors. Although both transport properties are governed by lattice dynamics and atomic structure, their interplay remains poorly understood. Here, we study this interrelation in anion‐ordered and disordered Li6PS5Br.
