ABSTRACT The main purpose of this paper is to design a fully discrete local discontinuous Galerkin (LDG) scheme for the generalized Benjamin–Ono equation. First, we prove the L2$$ {L}^2 $$‐stability for the proposed semi‐discrete LDG scheme and obtained a suboptimal order of convergence for power nonlinear flux.

Price changing and inventory sharing in supply chain management
The main task of supply chain management is to balance efficiency and effectiveness. Numerous operational management strategies are used to make a supply chain efficient, one such is inventory management. In this paper, we will consider a particular part

Lipschitz regularity for minimizers of integral functionals with highly discontinuous integrands
The solutions of the Lagrange problem of the calculus of variations \[ \min \{\int^{b}_{a}f(u,u')dt:u(a)=\alpha,\quad u(b)=\beta \} \] are shown to be Lipschitz continuous under very mild assumptions on f. Examples showing the sharpness of the theorem are given. The proof relies upon a weak form of the Dubois-Reymond equation.

The Turbulence Properties of 150‐km Echoes in the Lower Ionosphere
Abstract The valley region ionosphere spans from approximately 120–200 km in altitude, and hosts a wide range of plasma, neutral, and solar interactions that create and maintain the ionosphere. In this region a ubiquitous and mysterious source of radar echoes called “150‐km echoes” has been observed since the 1960s.

The purpose of this paper is twofold. First, we present the existence theorem of an optimal trajectory in a nonconvex variational problem with recursive integral functionals by employing the norm-topology of a weighted Sobolev space.

InSb, a narrow‐bandgap semiconductor with high carrier mobility, is promising for thermoelectric energy conversion but suffers from high lattice thermal conductivity and strong bipolar conduction. Here, in situ interface engineering using Co2O3 nanoprecursors forms hierarchical CoSbx/In2O3/CoSb3 heterostructures that enhance phonon scattering and ...

Reconfigurable Spoof Plasmonic Skyrmion Electronics for Deformation‐Invariant Multimode Sensing
A flexible multimode sensor based on capacitively loaded spoof plasmonic skyrmions enables deformation‐invariant dielectric sensing with ultra‐compact size and high Q‐factor. Near‐equidistant resonances remain stable under shape change and bending, while capacitor loading improves bending robustness and multimode sensitivity, highlighting strong ...
