Anti‐CD20 Discontinuation Versus Continuation in People Aged Over 50 With Non‐Active Multiple Sclerosis

ABSTRACT Objective To determine whether discontinuing anti‐CD20 therapy in people with relapsing‐onset MS aged over 50 is associated with an increased risk of relapse, inflammatory activity, confirmed disability accrual, and serious infection compared with continuing therapy.

Open-source design of integrated circuits.

This paper presents the design of a self-clocked 12-bit non-binary fully differential SAR-ADC using the SKY130 open-source PDK. The entire mixed-signal circuit design and layout were created with free and open-source software. The ADC reaches a sample rate of up to 1.44 MS/s at 1.8 V supply while consuming 703 μμW of power on a small 0.175 mm2 area.
