Energy-Level Statistics of Integrable Quantum Systems
Physical Review Letters, 1985Using a simple example we show that the distribution for the energy levels for integrable systems is not the uncorrelated Poisson distribution as is commonly believed. In particular, the spectrum was found to be rather rigid. We conjecture that these are typical properties of the integrable quantum systems.
