Liouville Integrable System and Associated Integrable Coupling

Communications in Theoretical Physics, 2009
Liouville integrable discrete integrable system is derived based on discrete isospectral problem. It is shown that the hierarchy is completely integrable in the Liouville sense and possesses bi-Hamiltonian structure. Finally, integrable couplings of the obtained system is given by means of semi-direct sums of Lie algebras.

Association of dystrophin and an integral membrane glycoprotein

Nature, 1989
Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is caused by a defective gene found on the X-chromosome. Dystrophin is encoded by the DMD gene and represents about 0.002% of total muscle protein. Immunochemical studies have shown that dystrophin is localized to the sarcolemma in normal muscle but is absent in muscle from DMD patients.

Associated Integral Matrices

1933
Matrices with elements in a principal ideal ring. A commutative ring without divisors of zero is called a domain of integrity. A domain of integrity with unit element 1 in which every pair of elements not both 0 has a greatest common divisor representable linearly in terms of the elements is called a principal ideal ring 9.

Fermi and associated integrals

2009
It has been shown in Chapters 4 and 5 how the Fermi integrals play an important role in the evaluation of electron number and energy densities. In particular, the associated Fermi integrals which were introduced in those chapters are used in the evaluation of these quantities in quantum wells. These integrals must be evaluated as rapidly and accurately

Integrable Systems Associated to a Hopf Surface

Canadian Journal of Mathematics, 2003
AbstractA Hopf surface is the quotient of the complex surface by an infinite cyclic group of dilations of . In this paper, we study the moduli spaces of stable -bundles on a Hopf surface , from the point of view of symplectic geometry. An important point is that the surface is an elliptic fibration, which implies that a vector bundle on can be ...
