Update on De-intensification and Intensification Studies in HPV

2016
In this chapter, we discuss de-esclation of treatment for patients with HPV-positive disease. We discuss the rationale for de-escalation (why de-escalate?), patient selection criteria (who to de-esclate?) and what the treatment options for de-esclation are and the studies that are currently being run in those areas (how to de-escalate?).

Intensification of Scintiscans by Photocopying

The British Journal of Radiology, 1963
The use of radioisotope scanning for mapping the distribution of radioactive materials in the body is now well established. In some applications it is necessary to outline underlying structures which give only small differences in counting rate. This can generally be done in manual surveys by drawing isocount curves at the levels of interest.
