Advanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.We address multilayer PCB anomaly detection for smart manufacturing by physical reservoir computing with HfO2‐based memristors. Crystallinity‐tuned HfO2 suppresses ferroelectricity while preserving the high‐k insulating state and confers strong short‐term memory.
