Channel interference in multiphoton absorption [PDF]

open access: yesThe Journal of Chemical Physics, 2017
We extend the theory of channel interference to higher-order multiphoton absorption processes. We derive an explicit expression for channel interference in a three-photon absorption process and propose a general scheme for deriving such expressions for multiphoton absorption processes of any order.

On the Energy Efficiency of Interference Alignment in the $K$ -User Interference Channel

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
Interference alignment (IA) is regarded as an important physical-layer interference management technique. Most research contributions on IA were focused on the analysis of its achievable spectral efficiency, either from the degrees of freedom or from the

ICBCA – Improved Cluster Based Channel Allocation in Cognitive Radio Sensor Networks

open access: yesJournal of Telecommunications and Information Technology, 2020
Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) operate in an overcrowded electromagnetic environment, as the spectrum is shared by various wireless communication technologies. This gives rise to various challenges related to optimized and efficient spectrum utilization.

Interference coordination for LTE-advanced and FM broadcasting interoperability [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
The surest way to guarantee that multiple wireless systems can concurrently exist harmlessly, when operating in the same or adjacent channel, is by analyzing spectrum overlapping.

Retrospective Interference Alignment for the MIMO interference broadcast channel [PDF]

open access: yes2015 IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory (ISIT), 2015
The degrees of freedom (DoF) of the multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) Interference Broadcast Channel (IBC) with 2 cells and 2 users per cell are investigated when only delayed channel state information is available at the transmitter side (delayed CSIT).

A Unified Performance Optimization for Secrecy Wireless Information and Power Transfer Over Interference Channels

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2017
In this paper, we give a unified performance optimization for secrecy wireless information and power transfer over interference channels, where an external eavesdropper is also interested in the confidential message.

Gaussian Interference Channel With Intermittent Feedback [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Information Theory, 2015
We investigate how to exploit intermittent feedback for interference management by studying the two-user Gaussian interference channel (IC). We approximately characterize (within a universal constant) the capacity region for the Gaussian IC with intermittent feedback.

An Information-Spectrum Approach to the Capacity Region of the Interference Channel

open access: yesEntropy, 2017
In this paper, a general formula for the capacity region of a general interference channel with two pairs of users is derived, which reveals that the capacity region is the union of a family of rectangles. In the region, each rectangle is determined by a

Deep Learning-Based Autoencoder for m-User Wireless Interference Channel Physical Layer Design

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
Deep learning (DL) based autoencoder (AE) has been proposed recently as a promising, and potentially disruptive approach to design the physical layer of beyond-5G communication systems. Compared to a traditional communication system with a multiple-block

On channel output feedback in deterministic interference channels [PDF]

open access: yes2009 IEEE Information Theory Workshop, 2009
In this paper, we study the effect of channel output feedback on the sum capacity in a two-user symmetric deterministic interference channel. We find that having a single feedback link from one of the receivers to its own transmitter results in the same sum capacity as having a total of 4 feedback links from both the receivers to both the transmitters.
