A new approach to interference cancellation in D2D 5G uplink via Non orthogonal convex optimization

open access: yesScientific Reports
Heterogeneous communication modes in 5G demand integrated device connections, resource availability, and high capacity for meeting user demands. The radio resource allocation and usage for massive users results in interference between the device-to ...

The Aging Blood: Cellular Origins, Circulating Drivers, and Therapeutic Potential

open access: yesAging and Cancer, EarlyView.
As a conduit linking all organs, the blood system both reflects and actively drives systemic aging. This review highlights how circulating pro‐aging and antiaging factors and age‐associated hematopoietic stem cell dysfunction contribute to immunosenescence and multi‐organ decline, positioning the hematopoietic system as a target for aging intervention.

Communication Link Analysis of a Low-Earth Orbit Satellites Considering Interference Sources Moving Along Various Parabola-Curved Paths

open access: yesSensors
We analyze the communication link of an LEO satellite considering interference sources moving along various parabola-curved paths. In this situation, the location of the ground station, airborne interference source paths, and the satellite’s trajectory ...

Visual Recovery Reflects Cortical MeCP2 Sensitivity in Rett Syndrome

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Rett syndrome (RTT) is a devastating neurodevelopmental disorder with developmental regression affecting motor, sensory, and cognitive functions. Sensory disruptions contribute to the complex behavioral and cognitive difficulties and represent an important target for therapeutic interventions.

The Impact of Tilburg Frailty on Poststroke Fatigue in First‐Ever Stroke Patients: A Cross‐Sectional Study With Unified Measurement Tools and Improved Statistics

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Poststroke fatigue (PSF) and frailty share substantial overlap in their manifestations, yet previous research has yielded conflicting results due to the use of heterogeneous frailty assessment tools. Objective To evaluate the independent impact of frailty on PSF using a unified measurement system (Tilburg Frailty Indicator, TFI ...

The Relationship Between Inflammation and Central Nervous System in Multiple Sclerosis

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Aim Multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune demyelination disease that is seen especially in the young population and has a progressive course, causing motor, sensory, and cognitive deficits. In the literature, the pathogenesis of MS disease and the interconnection between the immune and central nervous system in the disease have not been fully ...

Post‐COVID Fatigue Is Associated With Reduced Cortical Thickness After Hospitalization

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Neuropsychiatric symptoms are among the most prevalent sequelae of COVID‐19, particularly among hospitalized patients. Recent research has identified volumetric brain changes associated with COVID‐19. However, it currently remains poorly understood how brain changes relate to post‐COVID fatigue and cognitive deficits.
