Downlink interference suppression in heterogeneous networks
In order to deal with the problem of heterogeneous network interference in cellular network and wireless local area network (WLAN),we propose an interference suppression scheme:We design precoding matrix at transmitter, which maximizes the expected signal

Interference Suppression Techniques [PDF]
Tactically deployed phased-array radars (PARs) must operate in environments where unintentional and intentional interference can potentially degrade performance. This chapter covers the concepts of interference suppression.

Suppression of Pulse Interference
The issues of suppression of impulse (non-Gaussian) disturbances in the receiving devices are considered. The analysis of the generalized-Gaussian distribution law was made. The amplitude characteristics of non-linear elements are calculated. A comparison of the effectiveness of pulse interference suppression was made.

ABSTRACT Background Therapeutic apheresis (TA) is an established treatment modality for hematologic, neurologic, and immunologic disorders, yet access remains severely limited in sub‐Saharan Africa. Donor apheresis, including platelet apheresis collection from healthy donors, represents an important complementary modality supporting blood product ...

Action inhibition and error commission are prominent in everyday life. Inhibition comprises at least two facets: motor inhibition and interference suppression. When motor inhibition fails, a strong response impulse cannot be inhibited.

Interference monitoring technology for mine-used 5G communication signal transmission
Compared to conventional interference suppression techniques, such as adaptive filtering and adaptive interference cancellation, blind source separation (BSS) offers the advantage of separating multiple mixed signals with lower computational complexity ...

Multiple Mainlobe Interferences Suppression Based on Eigen-Subspace and Eigen-Oblique Projection
When the desired signal and multiple mainlobe interferences coexist in the received data, the performance of the current mainlobe interference suppression algorithms is severely challenged. This paper proposes a multiple mainlobe interference suppression

Enteropathogenic E. coli (EPEC) infects the human intestinal epithelium, resulting in severe illness and diarrhoea. In this study, we compared the infection of cancer‐derived cell lines with human organoid‐derived models of the small intestine. We observed a delayed in attachment, inflammation and cell death on primary cells, indicating that host ...

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.
