Becoming-interior : toward a nondual philosophy of design for dwelling-in-the-world : a thesis presented in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Design at Massey University [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
Martin Heidegger suggests that dwelling is an act of inhabitation, which engenders a becoming-interior of the world. The site of this dwelling is not confined to architecture, but occurs in the space between earth and sky: the world.

Interior Matter(s): Proximities, Inhabitations, Identities [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
To situate reuse, as a critical condition of the cultures of education, practice and research in interiors, is an approach that ensures that ambiguity, contingency, and a variety of particular sensibilities around on-site approaches to the production of ...

Enzymatic degradation of biopolymers in amorphous and molten states: mechanisms and applications

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
This review explains how polymer morphology and thermal state shape enzymatic degradation pathways, comparing amorphous and molten biopolymer structures. By integrating structure–reactivity principles with insights from thermodynamics and enzyme engineering, it highlights mechanisms that enable efficient polymer breakdown.

Architecture + Interior

open access: yesidea journal
Into the stream 'When you asked me to [...]' (Woolf 1993:3) D write about architecture and the interior I wondered where does one turn? What construction of history and theory is invoked when undertaking such a task? What position is given architecture and the interior in such writing?

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.
