On the existence of efficient solutions to vector optimization problem of traffic flow on network
We studied traffic flow models in vector-valued optimization statement where the flow is controlled at the nodes of network. We considered the case when an objective mapping possesses a weakened property of upper semicontinuity and made no assumptions on

Biocompatible hydrogels with covalently embedded near‐infrared phosphorescent probes enable local tissue pO2 quantification by means of Cherenkov‐excited luminescence imaging (CELI), where optical excitation occurs within tissues upon irradiation with high‐energy electron beams.

A new full-NT step interior-point method for circular cone optimization
We present a full step interior-point algorithm for circular coneoptimization using Euclidean Jordan algebras. The specificity of ourmethod is to use a transformation similar to that introduced byDarvay and Tak\'acs for the centering equations of the ...

Magnetic doping of the topological insulator Bi2Te3 with erbium adatoms induces out‐of‐plane magnetism and breaks time‐reversal symmetry, opening a Dirac gap and driving a Fermi surface transition from hexagonal to star‐of‐David geometry. Microscopy, spectroscopy, and magnetic dichroism reveal atomically controlled magnetic interactions that tailor the

Directional Flow of Confined Polaritons in CrSBr
CrSBr, a layered magnetic semiconductor, naturally channels self‐hybridized excitonpolaritons into highly directional flow. Its intrinsic optical anisotropy, high refractive index, and strong lightmatter coupling enable long‐range guided modes along the a‐axis, with propagation lengths set by their excitonphoton admixture.

Spin‐Split Edge States in Metal‐Supported Graphene Nanoislands Obtained by CVD
Combining STM measurements and ab‐initio calculations, we show that zig‐zag edges in graphene nanoislands grown on Ni(111) by CVD retrieve their spin‐polarized edge states after intercalation of a few monolayers of Au. ABSTRACT Spin‐split states localized on zigzag edges have been predicted for different free‐standing graphene nanostructures.

A new non-interior point algorithm for circular cone programming
A new non-interior point algorithm is proposed for solving the circular cone programming (CCP). Based on the relationship between the circular cone and the second-order cone, a projection equation that is equivalent to the complementary condition of the ...

NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT CONDITIONS OF (α, β)-ACCESSIBILITY OF DOMAIN IN NONSMOOTH CASE
In [1], [2] (α, β)-accessible domains in C were defined and investigated, and the criterion of (α, β)-accessibility in a smooth case was obtained. (α, β)-accessible domains are starlike, γ-accessible (γ = min{α, β}), and satisfy the so-called “cone ...

Azobenzene photoswitches translate molecular‐scale E/Z photoisomerization into macroscopic material responses and device‐level photonic functions. This Review highlights how azobenzene research has evolved from molecular photochemistry to photoalignment, mass migration, photomechanics, and heat release, ultimately enabling holography, reconfigurable ...

AdS gravastar and bulk-cone singularities
The horizon of black hole is surrounded by the photon sphere and an outside observer cannot easily examine the geometry inside the photon sphere. In this note, we propose a way to investigate the region from dual conformal field theory by making use of ...
