INVESTIGATION OF INTERATOMIC INTERACTION IN MULTILAYER NANOSTRUCTURES (Co45Fe45Zr10/a-Si)40) AND (Co45Fe45Zr10/SiO2)32 BY METHODS OF IR SPECTROSCOPY AND SMALL ANGLE DIFFRACTION

open access: yesКонденсированные среды и межфазные границы, 2017
The aim of this work is to confi rm the chemical bonds between the components of multilayer nanostructure (MLNS) by IR spectroscopy, the identifi cation of the IR spectra in the MLNS (Co45Fe45Zr10/a-Si)40) and (Co45Fe45Zr10/SiO2)32 with the same metal ...

Spatially Regulated Silicon Clusters in Trimodal Composite Anodes for High‐Energy Lithium‐Ion Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A trimodal anode architecture spatially regulates silicon clusters within confined interstitial environments formed by graphite and contorted hexabenzocoronene. This confinement suppresses silicon aggregation and localized stress while enabling efficient Li‐ion transport, achieving high‐capacity, stable lithium‐ion batteries.

Electrically Induced Phase Transition and Synaptic Functionality in MoTe2/Graphene Memristors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An electrically induced reversible 2H ↔ 1T′ phase transition is demonstrated in a vertical Au/Ti/MoTe2/graphene memristor with a laterally contacted graphene electrode. Resistive switching proceeds through a compositionally invariant amorphous/2H ↔ amorphous/1T′ transformation, in which a self‐formed amorphous MoTe2 interfacial region is proposed to ...

High-performance thin-film composite (TFC) membranes with 2D nanomaterial interlayers: An overview

open access: yesResults in Engineering
Thin-film composite (TFC) membranes have been widely used in various separation and purification fields. However, the inherent “trade off” effect limits further improvement in the separation performance.

Revealing the AcOH-Induced Dissolution Mechanism of Alcohol-Soluble Interlayers

open access: yes
Water/alcohol-soluble cathode interlayers are widely utilized in organic electronic devices. However, the mechanism by which acetic acid (AcOH) facilitates the solubility of neutral cathode interlayers in water/alcohol remains unclear. This paper focuses

Designing Vanadium‐Based Oxide Electrocatalysts for Water Splitting: Experimental and Mechanistic Insights with Machine Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This review establishes structure‐property‐mechanism relationships across six modification strategies for V‐based oxide water‐splitting electrocatalysts: lattice engineering, heteroatom doping, interface engineering, carbon‐based hybridization, morphology engineering, and surface reconstruction and pre‐catalyst design, where dissolution is reframed as ...

Oligoethylene Glycol Side‐Chain Engineering of Y6‐Derived Nonfullerene Acceptors for Thermally Induced Spontaneous Pseudo‐Planar Heterojunction Organic Photodetectors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
OEG‐functionalized Y6‐derived acceptors induce thermally driven vertical phase separation, enabling pseudo‐planar heterojunction organic photodetectors. The resulting PM6:YTEG‐4F and PM6:YTEG‐4Cl organic photodetectors suppress dark current density by approximately 260‐fold and 210‐fold, respectively, while maintaining efficient photoresponse ...
