Method of data interleaving for H.264 video communication
According to the NALU of H.264 and the characteristic of real-time video communication,a method of data interleaving for H.264 video communication was presented.Using forward erasure correction, this method could provide the unequal protection mechanism ...

Error Correction Codes for Double Burst Errors Correction in Memories
This paper addresses the issue of double burst errors occurring in memories and presents the design of corresponding error correction codes (ECC). The proposed ECCs can correct up to two burst errors simultaneously, each up to 4-bit.

Interleaving Schemes on Circulant Graphs [PDF]
Interleaving schemes are used for error-correcting on a noisy channel. We consider interleaving schemes on infinite circulant graphs with two offsets 1 and d, with a goal to minimize the interleaving degree.

CMOS‐Integrated Synaptic Photoreceptor Chip Inspired by Insect Visual Processing
CMOS‐integrated Si QDs/ReS2 synaptic photoreceptor array mimics the parallel processing and wavelength‐selective strategy of insect vision. By combining intrinsic ultraviolet‐violet sensitivity with synaptic plasticity, the chip enables frontend sensory redundancy reduction without external filters, offering a scalable pathway toward lowpower ...

Computational Complexity of the Interleaving Distance [PDF]
The interleaving distance is arguably the most prominent distance measure in topological data analysis. In this paper, we provide bounds on the computational complexity of determining the interleaving distance in several settings.

Mitochondria‐Targeting Moieties Based on N‐Tethered Pyridinium Cations
Pyridinium cations were benchmarked as mitochondria‐targeting moieties in a panel of N‐tethered fluorescent‐, bioactive‐, and inert‐cargo conjugates. 3,5‐Diphenylpyridinium (DPPy+) is a competent triphenylphosphonium (TPP+) surrogate, combining high mitochondria‐targeting efficiency with lower intrinsic effects on mitochondrial function.

A thread algebra with multi-level strategic interleaving [PDF]
In a previous paper, we developed an algebraic theory of threads and multi-threads based on strategic interleaving. This theory includes a number of plausible interleaving strategies on thread vectors.

Adaptive interleaving for OFDM in TDD systems [PDF]
We proposed a novel interleaving technique, namely adaptive interleaving, which can break the bursty channel errors more effectively than traditional block interleaving.
