Hybrid multi‐DC–AC MG based on multilevel interlinking converter
This study presents a multilevel interlinking converter (IC) topology to form a hybrid multi‐DC–AC microgrid (MG) with an improved control system. The proposed topology provides stable DC voltage levels to link different DC MGs. Furthermore, without using any additional DC–DC converters to establish multi‐DC–AC MG, the number and rating of required ...

An Optimal-Oriented Quasi-Droop Control of Interlinking Converter in Hybrid Microgrid [PDF]
In hybrid microgrid, interlinking converter (ILC) is a key component to connect the AC subgrid and DC subgrid. Its control strategy significantly affect the power flow management, power quality, system efficiency and stability. Traditionally, ILC is usually controlled as a current source, resulting in a poor dynamic stability when a remote weak AC ...

Cross‐linked binders with enhanced resiliencies under low operating pressures are designed via in situ thiol‐ene click reactions within slurries. Cross‐linking improves the Young's moduli and elasticities of the styrene‐butadiene rubber binders, effectively mitigating interparticle delamination within the composite cathodes induced by volumetric ...

Interlinking Converters for Hybrid AC/DC Microgrids: A Systematic Literature Review
The interlinking converter (ILC) is responsible for performing the necessary conversions and managing the power flow between the AC and DC sub-grids of hybrid microgrid (HMG), which makes its full operation a critical factor for the performance of these ...

Static Security Risk Assessment for Islanded Hybrid AC/DC Microgrid
Due to the lack of the support from the main grid, the islanded hybrid ac/dc microgrid will more likely cause the power flow severe fluctuation and even the microgrid to be split once a serious contingency occurs.

Dual Inertia-Emulation Control for Interlinking Converters in Grid-Tying Applications
Electric grids are undergoing several changes, mostly driven by the replacement of classical highly-inertial generators by converter-interfaced generation and storage systems. This entails the reduction of inherent inertia levels and might lead to instability issues.
