Post‐COVID Fatigue Is Associated With Reduced Cortical Thickness After Hospitalization
Annals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Objective
Neuropsychiatric symptoms are among the most prevalent sequelae of COVID‐19, particularly among hospitalized patients. Recent research has identified volumetric brain changes associated with COVID‐19. However, it currently remains poorly understood how brain changes relate to post‐COVID fatigue and cognitive deficits.Tim J. Annals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Objective
Dystonia is one of the most common movement disorders, with variants in multiple genes identified as causative. However, an understanding of which developmental stages, brain regions, and cell types are most relevant is crucial for developing relevant disease models and therapeutics.Darren Cameron, Nicholas E. Annals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT
The FMR1 gene premutation (55–200 CGG repeats) is usually associated with a wide range of symptoms and phenotypes within the Fragile X‐tremor/ataxia syndrome (FXTAS), but may also manifest as predominant or isolated cognitive decline. We describe three male patients referred for progressive cognitive impairment and behavioral changes. Annals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Objective
Glioma recurrence severely impacts patient prognosis, with current treatments showing limited efficacy. Traditional methods struggle to analyze recurrence mechanisms due to challenges in assessing tumor heterogeneity, spatial dynamics, and gene networks.Lei Qiu, Yinjiao Fei, Jiaxuan Ding, Kexin Shi, Jinyan Luo, Yuchen Zhu, Xingjian Sun, Gefei Jiang, Yuandong Cao, Weilin Xu, Shu Zhou +10 morewiley +1 more source
