Graphite Co‐Intercalation Chemistry in Sodium‐Ion Batteries
Traditional intercalation chemistry in lithium‐ion batteries cannot allow sodium storage in graphite. The co‐intercalation chemistry changes the situation. It enables reversible and ultrafast sodium storage in graphite. Revisiting challenges and summarizing recent advances are of significant importance to exploit the full potential of graphite in ...

Three biobased membranes are synthesized by crosslinking oxidized Kraft lignin with poly(ethylene glycol) diglycidyl ether of increasing molecular weights. After incorporation of solvated potassium salts, potassium batteries including these biobased gel polymer electrolytes are able to deliver a maximum specific capacity at 0.05 A g−1 as high as 130 ...

Putative Effect of Alcohol on Suicide Attempters: An Evaluative Study in a Tertiary Medical College
Context: Alcohol abuse is a known risk factor for suicide. Alcohol increases aggression and impulsivity, which are strongly related to suicidal behavior. Sociocultural factors influence both alcohol use and suicide rates.

This review provides a comprehensive and systematic overview of the multifunctional design strategies for solid polymer electrolytes (SPEs), a pivotal component for enabling high‐performance all‐solid‐state batteries (ASSBs). It begins with a detailed classification of SPE systems and elaborates on their respective molecular design principles. The work

Origin of the ultrahigh‐rate charge capability of FeS2: FeS2 demonstrates exceptional high‐rate charging capability, delivering 92% capacity retention at 10 C and maintaining as much as 60% capacity retention even at 30 C. This originates from an ultrahigh apparent diffusion coefficient involving both Li+ and Fe2+.

Spatial structural self‐regulation strategy stimulates the conversion of the hydroxy group (–OH) in starch into carbonyl (–C=O) within a stable three‐dimensional cross‐linking structure. This structure not only reduces the production of water and volatile products, thereby preventing foaming during pyrolysis and improving carbon yield, but also ...

Self-Excited Multifractal Dynamics
We introduce the self-excited multifractal (SEMF) model, defined such that the amplitudes of the increments of the process are expressed as exponentials of a long memory of past increments.

Precise regulation of preoxidation time and carbonization temperature in biomass napkin‐derived hard carbon generates abundant closed pores and ultramicropores, significantly enhancing the capacity in the low‐potential plateau region (the high plateau capacity of 266 mAh g−1) and thereby achieving highly reversible sodium‐ion storage (395 mAh g−1 at 30
