Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Decentralized force and motion control of multiple cooperative manipulators
Decentralized force and motion control of a heavy object with lathing tools, in a cooperative multiple manipulator system is studied in this paper. Interaction of the object with robot manipulators and the environment and interaction of manipulators with

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Analytical Method for Determination of Internal Forces of Mechanisms and Manipulators
This paper presents a theory for the analytical determination of internal forces in the links of planar linkage mechanisms and manipulators with statically determinate structures, considering the distributed dynamic loads.

Thermodynamics in rotating systems -- analysis of selected examples
We solve a set of selected exercises on rotational motion requiring a mechanical and thermodynamical analysis. When non-conservative forces or thermal effects are present, a complete study must use the first law of thermodynamics together with the Newton'

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Nonlinear waves that collide with localized defects exhibit complex behavior. Apart from reflection, transmission, and annihilation of an incident wave, a local inhomogeneity can activate internal modes of solitons, producing many impressive phenomena ...

Anomalies of ac driven solitary waves with internal modes: Nonparametric resonances induced by parametric forces [PDF]
We study the dynamics of kinks in the $\phi^4$ model subjected to a parametric ac force, both with and without damping, as a paradigm of solitary waves with internal modes.
