A Novel Nogo‐A Receptor Antagonist Peptide Impedes Alzheimer's Disease Pathology by Nogo‐A/NgR/ROCK Signaling Pathway

NAP2, a NgR1 antagonist peptide, improved cognition in APP/PS1 mice, reduced Aβ plaques and tau hyperphosphorylation, increased dendritic spine density, and alleviated mitochondrial damage, acting through inhibition of the Nogo‐A/NgR/ROCK pathway, highlighting its therapeutic potential for Alzheimer's disease.
