Resilience of Small Beef Packers and the USDA Meat Supply Chain Initiative

Yet, media coverage was not always positive, reflecting the media's attention‐seeking and selective focus. Occurrences of farmers blocking media outlets reflected distrust in how their concerns were portrayed.
