Carbon Nanotube 3D Integrated Circuits: From Design to Applications
As Moore's law approaches its physical limits, carbon nanotube (CNT) 3D integrated circuits (ICs) emerge as a promising alternative due to the miniaturization, high mobility, and low power consumption. CNT 3D ICs in optoelectronics, memory, and monolithic ICs are reviewed while addressing challenges in fabrication, design, and integration.

Conservation laws for the Cattaneo heat propagation [PDF]
In this work we determine for the Cattaneo heat propagation system all the supplementary balance laws (conservation laws) of the same order (zero) as the system itself and extract the constitutive relations (expression for the internal energy) dictated by the Entropy Principle.

H2O2‐Generating Advanced Nanomaterials for Cancer Treatment
H2O2‐generating nanoplatforms can exploit tumor redox imbalance for O2 and toxic reactive oxygen species generation, leading to hypoxia reversal, and apoptosis of cancer cells, respectively. This review highlights the mechanisms of these nanoplatforms, including exogenous H₂O₂ delivery, endogenous amplification, and metal peroxides, which leads to ...

International law and the rule of law [PDF]
The rule of law cannot achieve its main goal - the protection of individual freedom and well-being - without international law. The peculiar characteristics of international law and international legal order do not harm the rule of law. There is nothing inherent in international law that is an obstruction to the rule of law.

Flow‐Induced Vascular Remodeling on‐Chip: Implications for Anti‐VEGF Therapy
Flow‐induced vascular remodeling plays a critical role in network stabilization and function. Using a vasculature‐on‐chip system, this study reveals how physiological VEGF levels and flow affect vascular remodeling and provides insights into tumor vessel normalization.
