This paper describes this flaws, surveys wireless networks in the Cologne/Bonn area to get an assessment of the security configurations of fielded networks and analizes the legal protections provided to wireless ethernet operators by german law.

Quasi-compactness and absolutely continuous kernels, applications to Markov chains [PDF]
arXiv, 2006 We show how the essential spectral radius of a bounded positive kernel, acting on bounded functions, is linked to its lower approximation by certain absolutely continuous kernels. The standart Doeblin's condition can be interpreted in this context, and, when suitably reformulated, it leads to a formula for the essential spectral radius.

arXiv, 2012 We prove a CR Obata type result that if the first positive eigenvalue of the sub-Laplacian on a compact strictly pseudoconvex pseudohermitian manifold with a divergence free pseudohermitian torsion takes the smallest possible value then, up to a homothety of the pseudohermitian structure, the manifold is the standart Sasakian unit sphere.
