Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.This work presents a dual‐band photodetector based on the large‐scale, precise synthesis of Cs2AgBiBr6 single crystals. A rapid and efficient synthesis method is demonstrated, yielding high‐quality Cs2AgBiBr6 crystals with an average size of 2 × 2 × 1.5 mm3 and a production yield of 12.66%.

Giant Exfoliation Induced Magnetic Coercivity in Fe3GaTe2
Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.Mechanical exfoliation is shown to transform the van der Waals ferromagnet Fe3GaTe2 from a soft into a hard magnetic system. Reducing thickness drives a crossover to single‐domain behavior, dramatically enhancing in‐plane coercivity to near–permanent‐magnet levels at room temperature.

Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.This work employs monolayer molecular crystals (MMCs) as bi‐functional active layers in organic light‐emitting transistors (OLETs). Thanks to the efficient horizontal hole transport and vertical hole injection, the OLETs show a high mobility of 6.64 cm2V−1s−1 and exhibit uniform area emission.
