Suppressing the Electron–Phonon Coupling in 2D Perovskite Cs3Sb2I9 for Lead‐Free Indoor Photovoltaics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The study has developed an in situ anion‐exchange strategy to fabricate Pb‐free Sb‐based perovskite‐inspired materials (Sb‐PIMs) and solar cells, achieving a record indoor efficiency of 8.2% and a 3.4% power conversion efficiency under 1 sun illumination.

Enhancing the Output Performance of Tubular Gas‐Liquid Mixing Triboelectric Nanogenerator by Bulk Effect

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A novel tubular bulk effect gas‐liquid mixing triboelectric nanogenerator (TBE‐GL‐TENG) is designed to address the relatively low output power density imposed by the traditional interface effect. The introduction of the electrode into the PTFE tube successfully couples the bulk effect with the gas‐liquid mixing flow system, significantly improving the ...

Monolithically‐Integrated van der Waals Synaptic Memory via Bulk Nano‐Crystallization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Monolithically‐integrated van der Waals synaptic memory is presented via bulk nano‐crystallization, which overcomes the conventional limitations of 3D device integration technologies. Furthermore, bipolar resistive switching (LRS/HRS) dynamics is spatially resolved with conductive atomic force microscopy, scanning‐transmission electron microscopy, and ...

Tailored Electro–Magnetic–Porous Multigradient Nanoarchitectonics for Absorption‐Dominated Electromagnetic Interference Shielding and Adaptive Multifunctionality

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An electro–magnetic–porous multigradient nanofibrous electromagnetic interference (EMI) membrane is fabricated via shear‐induced in situ fibrillation and layer‐by‐layer assembly. Leveraging a multigradient‐induced “impedance matching–polarization–reabsorption” synergistic mechanism, the membrane achieves absorption‐dominated high‐efficiency EMI ...

High‐Performance Micro‐LED Displays via Etching‐Damage‐Free Pixelation Strategy for Multifunctional Integrated Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A novel etching‐damage‐free pixelation approach based on F ion implantation has been developed for the fabrication of micro/nano‐LED arrays with a pixel density reaching 25,400 ppi. This method offers the advantages of high resolution, high efficiency, and high brightness, making it highly suitable for applications in near‐eye displays, optical ...
