Real interpolation of Sobolev spaces
We prove that $W^{1}_{p}$ is a real interpolation space between $W^{1}_{p_{1}}$ and $W^{1}_{p_{2}}$ for $p>q_{0}$ and $1\leq p_{1}<p<p_{2}\leq \infty$ on some classes of manifolds and general metric spaces, where $q_{0}$ depends on our hypotheses.

The role of various alloying elements in face‐centered cubic aluminum on the barrier of a Shockley partial dislocation during its motion is presented. The study aims to understand how alloying atoms such as Mg, Si, and Zr affect the energy landscape for dislocation motion, thus influencing the solid solution hardening and softening in aluminum, which ...

The distance traveled by contour wave with artificial wave velocity in a step-time is often inconsistent with the mesh size. Therefore, when the transmission boundary formula is applied, the calculation nodes of transmission boundary are usually ...

Residual Stress States in Microstructurally Graded PBF–LB/M Austenitic Steel Components
This study examines microstructurally graded 316L rectangular tube profiles fabricated via PBF–LB/M using a dual‐laser system. A 1 kW top‐hat and a 400 W Gaussian laser create distinct grain sizes and crystallographic texture. Mechanical properties are linked to microstructural evolution driven by processing conditions.

The spectrum of an operator on an interpolation space [PDF]
containing set, for the spectrum of the operator on the interpolation space in terms of the spectra of the operator on the given two spaces. This upper bound is the best possible one that depends only on the given two spectra. Theorem 6.10 shows that the upper bound can be improved if more is known about the operator.

When realized as inserts in high‐pressure die casting, aluminum cooling channels for electric powertrain components and similar applications typically require a stabilizing filler to survive the process. The present study investigates relinquishing this filler using additively manufactured inserts promising performance improvements.

The Average Errors for the Grünwald Interpolation in the Wiener Space
We determine the weakly asymptotically orders for the average errors of the Grünwald interpolation sequences based on the Tchebycheff nodes in the Wiener space.

This study presents a multimodal characterization method for a prototype metamaterial model structure that features four distinct states of mechanical stiffness and electrical resistivity. Through simulations and experiments, it uncovers insights into the structural behavior, the correlation between changes in electrical resistivity and mechanical ...
