Thermal transport in Ru and W thin films is studied using steadyâstate thermoreflectance, ultrafast pumpâprobe spectroscopy, infraredâvisible spectroscopy, and computations. Significant Lorenz number deviations reveal strong phonon contributions, reaching 45% in Ru and 62% in W.
