Relationships among Interpolation Bases of Wavelet Spaces and Approximation Spaces [PDF]
A multiresolution analysis is a nested chain of related approximation spaces. This nesting in turn implies relationships among interpolation bases in the approximation spaces and their derived wavelet spaces.

Interpolating sequences for the Bergman space. [PDF]
The main results of the paper. Theorem A. Suppose \(A = \{a_ n\}\) is a sequence of interpolation for \(L^ 2_ a (\mathbb{D})\) -- the Bergman Space. Then there exists a unique sequence \(\{t_ n\}\) in \(L^ 2_ a (\mathbb{D})\) such that the kernel function \(K_ A (z,w)\) admits the following partial fraction expansion \[ K_ A (z,w) = (1-z \overline w)^{-

Modeling hepatic fibrosis in TP53 knockout iPSC‐derived human liver organoids
This study developed iPSC‐derived human liver organoids with TP53 gene knockout to model human liver fibrosis. These organoids showed elevated myofibroblast activation, early disease markers, and advanced fibrotic hallmarks. The use of profibrotic differentiation medium further amplified the fibrotic signature seen in the organoids.

Extending the range of error estimates for radial approximation in Euclidean space and on spheres
We adapt Schaback's error doubling trick [R. Schaback. Improved error bounds for scattered data interpolation by radial basis functions. Math. Comp., 68(225):201--216, 1999.] to give error estimates for radial interpolation of functions with smoothness ...

Interpolation Hilbert Spaces Between Sobolev Spaces [PDF]
We explicitly describe all Hilbert function spaces that are interpolation spaces with respect to a given couple of Sobolev inner product spaces considered over $\mathbb{R}^{n}$ or a half-space in $\mathbb{R}^{n}$ or a bounded Euclidean domain with Lipschitz boundary.

Effect of chemotherapy on passenger mutations in metastatic colorectal cancer
Changes in passenger mutation load and predicted immunotherapy response after chemotherapy treatment. Tumor cells rich with passenger mutations have increased sensitivity to chemotherapy. Correlation of passenger mutations with neoantigen load suggests highly mutated clones promote a more effective response to immunotherapy, and therefore, first‐line ...

Three-dimensional visualisation of traffic noise based on the Henk de-Klujijver model
Visualisation of road traffic noise is vital for traffic noise planning policies. Several factors affect the noise from road traffic with physical and environmental conditions. Collecting noise levels around the world is not a possible task.

ClusterGAN : Latent Space Clustering in Generative Adversarial Networks
Generative Adversarial networks (GANs) have obtained remarkable success in many unsupervised learning tasks and unarguably, clustering is an important unsupervised learning problem.

Pseudospline Interpolation for Space Curves [PDF]
A method for interpolating a curve through points in space is described. It is the direct analogue of Fowler-Wilson or pseudospline interpolation for plane curves in that local coordinate systems, cubic polynomials of suitable parameters, and mildly nonlinear equations are used to obtain a continuous interpolating curve with continuous tangent and ...
