KLK7, a tissue kallikrein‐related peptidase, is elevated in advanced colorectal cancer and associated with shorter survival. High KLK7 levels in ascites correlate with peritoneal metastasis. In mice, KLK7 overexpression increases metastasis. In vitro, KLK7 enhances cancer cell proliferation, migration, adhesion, and spheroid formation, driving ...

Interpolation by Weak Chebyshev Spaces
Let \(K\) be a totally ordered set; \( F(K) \) be the space of real functions defined on \( K \) and let \(U\) be an \(n\)-dimensional subspace of \( F(K). \) The subset \( T=\{t_1,\dots{},t_n\}\subseteq K \) is called an interpolation set with respect to \(U\) if for any \( \{y_1,\dots{},y_n\}\subseteq\mathbb R, \) there exists a unique function \( u ...

Sustainable bioplastics manufacturing from renewable sources
Bioplastics are manufactured by using polymers from different bio‐based sources. These novel materials not only offer biodegradability but also possess various functional properties that make them suitable for diverse applications. Recent developments in the preparation of bioplastics are reported, highlighting the distinct properties of each type of ...

Optimal Interpolating Spaces Preserving Shape
In this paper the authors study the existence and characterisation of spaces which are images of minimal-norm projections that are required to interpolate at given functionals and satisfy additional shape-preserving requirements. The authors call such spaces optimal interpolating spaces preserving shape.

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Tensor products of abstract Besov spaces
We prove the interpolation theorem for tensor products of abstract Besov spaces, associated with closed operators in Banach spaces and show its application to the problems of approximations of elements of tensor products of Banach spaces.

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Complex Interpolation of Lizorkin-Triebel-Morrey Spaces on Domains
In this article the authors study complex interpolation of Sobolev-Morrey spaces and their generalizations, Lizorkin-Triebel-Morrey spaces. Both scales are considered on bounded domains.

We first identified functional murine mitochondrial N‐formyl peptides (MT‐FPs) and investigated their effects on the in vitro myeloid‐derived suppressor cell (MDSC) generation from bone marrow cells. We demonstrated that MT‐FPs acted directly on bone marrow cells to promote MDSC generation and modulated the polymorphonuclear (PMN)‐MDSC/monocyte (M ...
