Local Uniform Convexity and Kadec-Klee Type Properties in K-interpolation spaces II
We study local uniform convexity and Kadec-Klee type properties in K-interpolation spaces of Lorentz couples. We show that a wide class of Banach couples of (commutative and) non-commutative Lorentz spaces possess the (so-alled) (DGL)-property originally

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

ERα splice variant ERα∆7 lacks the C‐terminus, and its expression may change phenotypes of breast cancers. Our results showed that ERα∆7 is found in the luminal A subtype, and elevated ERα∆7 levels are linked to improved cell survival with lower proliferation and migration.

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

Evolutionarily divergent DUF4465 domains have a common vitamin B12‐binding function
We show that DUF4465 family proteins, widespread across bacteria from gut microbiomes, hydrothermal vents, and soil, share a common vitamin B12‐binding function. These augmented β‐jellyroll proteins bind vitamin B12 via extended loops. Our findings establish sequence‐diverse DUF4465 proteins as a widespread class of B12‐binding proteins, highlighting ...

Operators from Banach spaces to complex interpolation spaces [PDF]
Given a closed linear operator A A with dense domain in a Banach space X X , M. Schechter [4] utilized the Lebesgue integral to construct a family of bounded linear operators from X X to the Calderón complex interpolation space ( X , D ( A )

Semi-Rings, Semi-Vector Spaces, and Fractal Interpolation
In this paper, we introduce fractal interpolation on complete semi-vector spaces. This approach is motivated by the requirements of the preservation of positivity or monotonicity of functions for some models in approximation and interpolation theory. The

Visual Recovery Reflects Cortical MeCP2 Sensitivity in Rett Syndrome
ABSTRACT Objective Rett syndrome (RTT) is a devastating neurodevelopmental disorder with developmental regression affecting motor, sensory, and cognitive functions. Sensory disruptions contribute to the complex behavioral and cognitive difficulties and represent an important target for therapeutic interventions.

Interpolation Methods for Stochastic Processes Spaces
The scales of classes of stochastic processes are introduced. New interpolation theorems and boundedness of some transforms of stochastic processes are proved. Interpolation method for generously monotonous processes is entered. Conditions and statements

Lorentz type spaces of ultrasmooth vectors of closed operators
Lorentz type spaces of ultrasmooth vectors of closed operators in Banach spaces are defined. Interpolation properties of such spaces are established and their application to the decision of problem of approaching of elements of Banach space is shown ...
