Discordance Between Patient and Physician Global Assessments in Early Systemic Sclerosis

Objective This study aims to identify factors associated with patient global assessment (PtGA) and physician global assessment (PhGA) and discordance between them in systemic sclerosis (SSc). Methods Data from adults with early SSc (<5 years) from the Collaborative National Quality and Efficacy Registry were included.

The separation of Helium gas from natural gas is challenging but highly important. MIL‐116(Ga), a “non‐porous” metal–organic framework is used as a molecular sieve to separate He from CH4. Druse‐like MIL‐116(Ga) particles are integrated into polysulfone mixed matrix membranes.

Polymer‐in‐Cage Strategy for Pore Tuning of High‐Aspect Ratio ZIF Nanoplate: Toward Sub‐Micrometer‐Thick Large Area CO2 Separation Membranes

A “polymer‐in‐cage” strategy transforms a zinc‐acrylate copolymer into an active pore‐modulating agent for ZIF‐8 nanoplates. The polymer actively tunes the MOF's pore structure by anchoring within its windows, while the nanoplates create tortuous pathways.

This review outlines bottom‐up and biomimetic fabrication strategies of quantum dots, and highlights their emerging applications in biosensing, multimodal bioimaging, and intelligent cancer theranostics. It further discusses key translational barriers and future perspectives for advancing QD‐based nanomedicine toward clinical implementation.
