Survey of Oxygen-rich AGB Stars Using the KVN 4 Receiving Bands—SMASTES. I.
Simultaneous observations of 19 H _2 O and SiO maser and thermal lines were performed toward 155 M-type oxygen-rich (O-rich) AGB stars. We used the upgraded four-band (22/43/86/129 GHz) wide receiving system of the Korean VLBI Network (KVN).

Time variations of interstellar water masers in HII regions
Previous studies of time variations in water vapour sources associated with HII regions by Sullivan (1971, 1973) and Gammon (1976) have revealed variability on time-scales of 106-107s. Sullivan monitored nine sources over a period of 14 months and Gammon

Modelling and observations of molecules in discs around young stars [PDF]
This thesis contains a study of molecules within circumstellar discs around young stars. Firstly, the chemistry of a disc around a young, Class 0 protostar is modelled.

OH masers in the Milky Way and Local Group galaxies in the SKA era
The intense line emission of OH masers is a perfect tracer of regions where new stars are born as well as of evolved stars, shedding large amounts of processed matter into the interstellar medium.

Variability in water masers and possible accretion burst in NGC 2071-IR
