The brain’sglymphatic system:physiological anatomy and clinical perspectives
The recently discovered glymphatic system (GS) ensures the efficient clearance of interstitial fluid and soluble compounds from the central nervous system into cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), which compensates for the lack of conventional lymphatic vessels in

A high‐resolution 3D‐printed tumor‐on‐a‐chip platform sustains breast cancer tissues at in vivo–like cell densities through vascular‐like perfusion. This engineered system recapitulates grade‐dependent molecular features and exhibits drug‐resistance profiles that uniquely align with clinically relevant Cmax values.

Interstitial fluid N-glycans serve as a proxy for serum biomarker discovery in a pilot study
Protein glycosylation is the most prevalent post-translational modification and is known to undergo profound alterations in disease. While serum N-glycosylation has been extensively studied, interstitial fluid is gaining prominence as a minimally ...

We developed a patient‐derived, functional microfluidic model of the diffuse midline glioma (DMG) blood–brain–tumor barrier (BBTB) comprised of endothelial cells, astrocytes, pericytes, and tumor cells. The system forms perfusable microvasculature, reveals the BBTB retains vascular integrity, identifies DMG‐specific transcriptomic changes distinct from

Solvent‐Free Thermal Defect Engineering in Molecular Frameworks With Volatile Linkers
Thermal removal of neutral volatile linkers enables precise and solvent‐free generation of metal vacancies in MOFs. This strategy affords redox‐stable, coordinatively unsaturated FeII sites with tunable spin, ligand coordination, and catalytic behavior. The approach offers a general route to design defect‐functional materials through local coordination

Convective forces contribute to post‐traumatic degeneration after spinal cord injury
Spinal cord injury (SCI) initiates a complex cascade of chemical and biophysical phenomena that result in tissue swelling, progressive neural degeneration, and formation of a fluid‐filled cavity. Previous studies show fluid pressure above the spinal cord
