Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, EarlyView.Data from 2731 patients with hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) treated with biologics for 12–16 weeks in phase III randomized controlled trials (RCT) were included in a network meta‐analysis (NMA). Adalimumab showed the highest efficacy in achieving a clinical HS response 50 (HiSCR50) and the lowest incidence of adverse events (AE).
