In this paper, we establish a new version of Ekeland’s variational principle in the setting of Kaleva-Seikkala’s type fuzzy metric spaces, where the objective function is an interval-valued function defined on a fuzzy metric space, and the perturbation ...

On Solving Bi-objective Interval Valued Neutrosophic Assignment Problem [PDF]
The assignment problem (AP) is a well-researched combinatorial optimization problem in which the overall assignment cost or time is minimized by assigning multiple items (tasks) to several entities (workers).

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

Caputo gH-differentiability for Gronwalls inequality: insight, new results and application
This paper investigates Gronwall’s inequality within the framework of interval-valued functions under Caputo gH-differentiability. Employing interval-valued Caputo fractional derivatives and associated interval-valued Riemann–Liouville integrals, we ...

Bi-Objective Optimization for Interval Max-Plus Linear Systems
This paper investigates the interval-valued-multi-objective-optimization problem, whose objective function is a vector-valued max-plus interval function and the constraint function is a real-affine function.

Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

Tumor mutational burden as a determinant of metastatic dissemination patterns
This study performed a comprehensive analysis of genomic data to elucidate whether metastasis in certain organs share genetic characteristics regardless of cancer type. No robust mutational patterns were identified across different metastatic locations and cancer types.

Correlation of the differential expression of PIK3R1 and its spliced variant, p55α, in pan‐cancer
PIK3R1 undergoes alternative splicing to generate the isoforms, p85α and p55α. By combining large patient datasets with laboratory experiments, we show that PIK3R1 spliced variants shape cancer behavior. While tumors lose the protective p85α isoform, p55α is overexpressed, changes linked to poorer survival and more pronounced in African American ...
