Interval-valued functional integro-differential equations [PDF]

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2014
Abstract This paper is devoted to studying the local and global existence and uniqueness results for interval-valued functional integro-differential equations (IFIDEs). In the paper, for the local existence and uniqueness, the method of successive approximations is used and for the global existence and uniqueness, the contraction principle is

A Novel Method for Neutrosophic Assignment Problem by using Interval-Valued Trapezoidal Neutrosophic Number [PDF]

open access: yesNeutrosophic Sets and Systems, 2020
Assignment problem (AP) is well- studied and important area in optimization. In this research manuscript, an assignment problem in neutrosophic environment, called as neutrosophic assignment problem (NAP), is introduced.

Linear regression analysis for interval‐valued functional data

open access: yesStat, 2021
Recent advances in information technology have led to the appearance of high‐dimensional and complex data sets which necessitates in‐depth investigation on high‐dimensional data analysis and modelling. The current study introduces five approaches to fit a functional linear regression model on interval‐valued functional data. The proposed approaches are

Interval arithmetic in calculations

open access: yesOpen Engineering, 2016
Interval arithmetic is the mathematical structure, which for real intervals defines operations analogous to ordinary arithmetic ones. This field of mathematics is also called interval analysis or interval calculations.

Fractional Ostrowski type inequalities for interval valued functions

open access: yesFilomat, 2022
In this paper, we establish some generalization of Ostrowski type inequalities for interval valued functions by using the definitions of the 1H-derivatives. At the end, a briefly conclusion is given as well.

A generalization of interval-valued optimization problems and optimality conditions by using scalarization and subdifferentials

open access: yesKuwait Journal of Science, 2021
In this work, interval-valued optimization problems are considered. Ordering cone is used in order to obtain a generalization of interval-valued optimization problems on real topological vector spaces.

Optimality conditions for $ E $-differentiable vector optimization problems with the multiple interval-valued objective function

open access: yesJournal of Industrial and Management Optimization, 2020
In this paper, a nonconvex vector optimization problem with multiple interval-valued objective function and both inequality and equality constraints is considered.

Properties of interval-valued function space under the gH-difference and their application to semi-linear interval differential equations

open access: yes, 2016
The conventional subtraction arithmetic on interval numbers makes studies on interval systems difficult because of irreversibility on addition, whereas the gH-difference as a popular concept can ensure interval analysis to be a valuable research branch ...

Assessment of the Business Proposals Using Frank Aggregation Operators Based on Interval-Valued T-Spherical Fuzzy Information

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, 2022
An interval-valued T-spherical fuzzy set (IVTSFS) is an efficient framework to treat ambiguous and vague information more efficiently. It has four functions consisting of the information in intervals.

Fuzzy BCI‐subalgebras with interval‐valued membership functions [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2001
The purpose of this paper is to define the notion of an interval‐valued fuzzy BCI‐subalgebra (briefly, an i‐v fuzzy BCI‐subalgebra) of a BCI‐algebra. Necessary and sufficient conditions for an i‐v fuzzy set to be an i‐v fuzzy BCI‐subalgebra are stated. A way to make a new i‐v fuzzy BCI‐subalgebra from old one is given.
