Regression analysis of multivariate interval-censored failure time data with informative censoring

Statistical Methods in Medical Research, 2021
Regression analysis of multivariate interval-censored failure time data has been discussed by many authors1–6. For most of the existing methods, however, one limitation is that they only apply to the situation where the censoring is non-informative or the failure time of interest is independent of the censoring mechanism.

Semiparametric transformation models for interval‐censored data in the presence of a cure fraction

Biometrical journal. Biometrische Zeitschrift, 2018
Mixed case interval‐censored data arise when the event of interest is known only to occur within an interval induced by a sequence of random examination times.

Estimating a Unimodal Distribution From Interval-Censored Data

Journal of the American Statistical Association, 2006
In this article we consider three nonparametric maximum likelihood estimators based on mixed-case interval-censored data. Apart from the unrestricted estimator, we consider estimators under the assumption that the underlying distribution function of event times is concave or unimodal.

REGRESSION ANALYSIS OF INTERVAL-CENSORED FAILURE TIME DATA

Statistics in Medicine, 1997
Interval-censored failure time data often occur, for example, in clinical trials or longitudinal studies. For the regression analysis of such data, there have been a number of methods proposed based on continuous regression models such as Cox's proportional hazards model.

A quantile regression estimator for interval-censored data

The International Journal of Biostatistics, 2022
Abstract We describe an estimating equation that can be used to fit quantile regression models to interval-censored data. The proposed estimator presents important advantages over the existing methods, and can be applied when the data are a mixture of interval-censored, left-censored, and right-censored observations.

A k-sample test with interval censored data

Biometrika, 2006
Summary: The problem of testing for the equality of \(k\) distribution functions under Case 2 interval censoring is studied and a supremum-type test statistic is proposed based on the differences between the nonparametric maximum likelihood estimator and the so-called leveraged bootstrap estimator of the \(k\) underlying distributions.

Estimation with interval censored data and covariates.

Lifetime data analysis, 1997
In biostatistical applications interest often focuses on the estimation of the distribution of time T between two consecutive events. If the initial event time is observed and the subsequent event time is only known to be larger or smaller than an observed monitoring time C, then the data conforms to the well understood singly-censored current status ...
